For anyone dubious about each sauce, here's a small breakdown.
Chipotle Mayo - If you like the Peri-Naise at Nando's, this is thrice as good. Much stronger flavour, thicker consistency and a nice tang to it. I know they are not quite the same, but this mayo is really reminiscent of it.
South Carolina - This is fantastic with pork. Enough said. If you're making something like pulled-pork or brisket, this is the perfect accompaniment; trust me.
Korean BBQ - Not personally to my taste, but the quality of this sauce alone is still worth a mention, as with all their others. My housemate likes this, though, and uses it when he makes Hunter's Chicken, of all things!
Smoky Chipotle Ketchup - Goes fantastic with BBQ'd meats, particularly. Is great in a burger, nice and smoky with a fruity undertone(?). Great as an alternative to regular ketchup if you're fancying something different!
Buffalo Hot Sauce - I'd say this sauce is great as an ADDITION to another sauce or marinade to give it a little extra boot, but not something I would use as a sauce on its own, personally. A few drops of this inside a marinade for chicken works wonders, though!
