Sauce Shop is built on the idea that the condiments we put on our food should be flavour-packed and
natural, which is why we never use anything artificial. The ingredients we use all add flavour, from selecting locally grown Norfolk mustard for our Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce to sourcing Hickory wood smoked water to give a natural smoky
edge to Original BBQ Sauce. Sauce can make or break a meal; topping good food with poor-quality sauce just doesn’t sit right with us!

Our Co-Founder, James, has developed every single Sauce Shop recipe since we started in 2014. He’s a keen BBQ’er so if we were going to make anything, we needed to make great tasting BBQ
sauces. The range features an American-inspired mustard BBQ sauce, a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce with honey, a classic Kansas-city-style BBQ sauce and more. Our BBQ Sauces are great for glazing meat, tossing chicken wings in or just using as a standard dipping sauce.

What makes Sauce Shop Tomato Ketchup so good?
Our ketchup is what we’d call ‘proper Tomato Ketchup’. It’s bursting with intense tomato flavour, featuring almost twice the amount of tomatoes as the leading brand. It’s made with natural ingredients and is a 2-star Great Taste Award winner. It’s perfect on all the classics, from fish and chips to a bacon sandwich.
Are Sauce Shop Ketchup & BBQ Sauces vegan?
Most of this range is vegan, including our Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce and Brown Sauce. Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce features honey in the recipe, and so isn’t vegan. Check out our full vegan sauce range.
What can I use my BBQ sauces on?
The options are endless. If you’re a barbecue enthusiast, this range will speak to you – you might want to start with our more innovative flavours, Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce or Cherry Bourbon BBQ Sauce. What is Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce?
Good question! This is our version of a classic South Carolina BBQ Sauce. Instead of having a tomato base, the base for this condiment is mustard. It’s bright yellow in colour and is distinctively tangy from the mustard and vinegar in the recipe. It’s the perfect partner for pulled pork and is awesome on a salad.
Do you make a sweet BBQ sauce?
Yes we do! Meet Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce featuring a rich tomato base, plenty of floral sweetness from honey and a hint of smoky chipotle. It’s a super versatile sauce, but we’d recommend it with chicken wings, pizza or BBQ meats.
Do Ketchup & BBQ Sauces have an expiration date?
Yes they do. Upon delivery, our Ketchup & BBQ Sauces will have a best-before which is at least 1 year away. Once opening, keep them refrigerated and use within 12 weeks.
