Vegetarian Mushroom Kebab
This veggie kebab is the first in our 2021 recipe collab with Chef James Cochran - 2018 Great British Menu winner and owner of London restaurant, 12:51.
Sauce Shop Everyday Chilli Sauce.
2 pitta breads.
1 garlic clove.
2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
1/2 bunch parsley.
4 king oyster mushrooms.
3 tbsp yoghurt.
4 pickled sweet red pepper.
Slice the onion then add in a couple of tablespoons of white wine vinegar and a good sprinkle of sea salt.
Finely chop up your parsley.
Slice your mushrooms and grate 1 garlic clove.
Chop up the pickled red pepper.
Add a sprinkle of sea salt to the yoghurt.
Fry your mushrooms, grated garlic and parsley in a hot oiled frying pan for 3-4 minutes.
Throw everything into your sliced pitta's with a dollop of Everyday Chilli Sauce.
