BBQ Pitta Chips
The ultimate quick and easy BBQ Pitta Chip recipe. Enjoy as a grab-and-go snack or a flavour packed side dish.
Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
Mix oil, salt and rub together in a large bowl.
Add pitta triangles and stir until both sides of every triangle are fully coated with the oil mixture (it might seem like there isn't enough to coat the triangles, but there is!)
Arrange the triangles on the baking sheet and place in the pre-heated oven.
Bake for 15-minutes, or until the pitta chips are golden brown.
Before serving, allow to sit for a few minutes to allow them to fully crisp up!
