Naan for breakfast? Might sound a bit unusual at first but this seriously bangs. This recipe uses our Tomato Ketchup, and was whipped up by our celeb chef mate, James Cochran. How many celebrity chef mates have you got?

Ingredients

1 naan or garlic naan, up to you!

1 bottle of Tomato Ketchup

2 eggs
-
3 rashes of good quality bacon
Directions
Cut up your bacon into small chunks and cook until the bacon bits are nice and crispy. We fry our bacon but you could grill too.
Melt a little bit of butter on your naan.
Remove the bacon from the pan and fry your eggs. Once cooked, place on top of your laid out naan.
Top with your crispy bacon bits, and drizzle over a generous serving of Tomato Ketchup. If you wanted to, you could switch for some hot sauce here. Our Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam would be our personal shout.
